Before you start using the site chemimedia.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the services and features presented on it, we ask you to read this document carefully. Using any functions, services and features of the Site, including simply browsing the pages of the Site, you are a user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") — regardless of whether you have purchased Library items, whether you have registered on the Site or are visiting it without registration, declare that you have read, understood and agree to comply with this user agreement agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").

Library (Chemimedia, Base) — a database with Blocks, Elements, Templates, Instructions, and Training materials.
Account — the User's account in the Library.
Personal Account is a section of the Site through which the User can access the Library materials.

1.1. This Agreement regulates the relations between the User and the Site administration arising in connection with the User's use of the Site in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including viewing, using in their projects, commenting on Library elements and other materials posted on the Site, sign up and/or log in.

2.1. The User undertakes not to modify, distribute, modify, copy or transfer to third parties the materials and/or parts thereof received on the Site in any form.

2.2. Use of the site materials provided both free of charge and for a fee, in violation of the user's obligations, as well as violation of rights, including intellectual property rights, copyright, and related rights chemimedia.com our partners and other third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in administrative, civil or criminal liability.

3.1. The Site Administrators are not obliged to provide consulting and technical support to the User.

3.3. All actions performed in the Personal Account are considered to be performed by the User personally.

3.4. In order for the Library to work correctly and to be able to download elements related to a third-party service, the User must make sure that his account on a third-party platform is paid for. Payment of tariffs with the service is made by the User independently and is governed by the terms of service of the third-party platform.

4.1. To get access to paid Library items, the user selects and pays for the desired item on the Website.

4.2. The cost of an element of the Library may be changed by a unilateral decision of the Administration.

4.3. After paying for the selected item, the User receives a unique Account, access to the Personal Account and access to the Library item. Access (login and password) will be sent in an email to the email address specified when placing the order. If the order for the specified email is made again, the User must log in to the Personal Account (chemimedia.com/members/login) by the username and password sent in the first email.

4.4. Payment for Library items is carried out on the terms of one hundred percent prepayment.

4.5. The date of payment is the date of crediting funds to the settlement account of the Site Administrator.

4.6. Payment obligations are considered unfulfilled in the event of a refund at the request of the payment organization.

4.7. The User’s failure to use the features of the Library elements does not exempt the User from paying for them.

4.8. If there are comments on the received Library items, the buyer undertakes to send a written reasoned claim to the email address within 7 (seven) working days from the date of payment hello@chemimedia.com. After receiving the letter, the Site Administrator undertakes to take all possible measures to eliminate the shortcomings or make a refund. If no written motivated claim is received from the buyer within 7 (seven) business days from the date of payment, the Library elements are considered accepted without comments.

4.9. You agree that in case of inability to transfer access, including errors in the data specified when ordering, the Site will be regarded as your refusal of the goods. Report the error via the contact form to resolve the situation.

5.1. The Site Administration does not guarantee the User's suitability for specific purposes, safety and security, accuracy, completeness, performance, system integration, uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, troubleshooting, absence of viruses, legality of use in any territories outside the Russian Federation.

5.2. The Website is not responsible for:
a) the inability to use the Library for reasons beyond the control of the Administration;
b) any actions and/or omissions of service providers, services, networks, software or equipment;
c) distortion, modification, loss of Content (including links to third-party resources);
d) security of the User's login and/or password;
e) unauthorized and/or illegal use by third parties of the User's login and/or password;
f) damage that may be caused to any devices and media and/or software of the User as a result of the use of Library Elements.
g) the consequences of transferring Library Elements between Accounts.

5.3. The Website is not responsible for the direct or indirect lost profit of the User.

5.4. The Site's liability under the Agreement cannot exceed the cost of the Library item paid by the User.

5.5. The User is solely responsible for the safety of his login and password and the consequences in case of loss and/or disclosure of the login and password to third parties. We do not recommend transferring your Account data to third parties. In case of transfer of Account data, the User must familiarize third parties with the Agreement and bears full responsibility for their actions.

6.1. This Agreement does not require sealing and/or signing by the parties, while maintaining full legal force.

6.2. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of the Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. The changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published. The current version of the Agreement is always available for review at: chemimedia.com/terms .
